Small Changes, Big Rewards
If you want to lose weight and keep it off, change your lifestyle. You don’t have to make big changes. Small changes over time will produce lasting results. And it is easier to make little changes. Start with adding one glass of water to your usual routine. Drink it first thing in the morning. Or with a meal instead of soda, coffee or juice. Add a slice of lemon or ice cubes to make it seem like more of a treat than a chore. Soon you will find you are drinking more water and enjoying it. Imagine making other small changes over time. Take a walk. Visualize yourself smaller because of these small changes. You can do it. You just have to start today. Make a small change.
