How You Can Get Fit

You need to exercise more and eat less. It sounds so simple. But if it were easy, there would not be an obesity epidemic in America.

Your first step is to decide to do something. Don’t beat yourself up and don’t get discouraged. The certified trainers at Body Mastery have helped people just like you to reach their goals. And you can too.

I would like to start to share some information on what I do and how I do it. My wife and I are certified personal trainers and have worked with about a thousand people in the Foothill/Glendale area for the past 20 years. Like most personal trainers we have a studio where you can train. Our facility is private. Most of the sessions are one to one. This makes it more productive and less stressful. You don’t need to worry about how you look or how out-of-shape you feel when you start.

Our latest innovation is the integration of in-home training programs.
People who used to train two or three times a week, may want to cut down to one or two sessions at our facility. We found a way to show our clients how to train at home on their own, with or without equipment. This helps our clients to further incorporate fitness into their lifestyle. You don’t need an appointment to do something healthy every day, but you may need guidance to work out effectively and safely. And that is what our new in-home training program provides.
